Do you stock a model for my car?

We hold over 300 towbars in stock for most makes including: Audi, BMW, Chev, Chrysler, Ford, Holden, Honda, Hyundai, Isuzu, Kia, Land Rover, Lexus, Mazda, Mercedes, Mitsubishi,Nissan, Subaru, Suzuki,Toyota, VW and Volvo.

How soon can you fit my new towbar?
Usually we need a days notice but often we can complete the job same day. Please phone to check with our office.

How long will it take?
Usually around 2 hours depending on the model.

What can I do while I wait?
You are welcome to wait in our customer lounge (have a coffee and do some reading) or perhaps do some shopping at nearby Wairau Park or Glenfield Westfield Mall.Courtesy cars avaialble.

What weight can I tow? Most vehicles have a recommended rating issued by the manufacturer. All our Towbars carry a rating certificate with this information.

PASSENGER CARS
The New Zealand motor vehicle fleet is one of the most diverse with many model variants imported over the last 10 years.  North Shore Towbars offer a design and build service for unique or low volume vehicles. This can usually be completed in one day.

VANS & UTES
We can custom build bullbars (front and rear) as well as ladder/timber racks to suit your requirement. We have a range of competitively priced standard rear bulbar/towbars for most commercial vans with steps if required.

TRUCKS & MOTORHOMES
We can design and custom build a COF certified towbar, bullbar or ladder rack to suit your vehicle usually within a one day turnaround time.  We quote these on an individual basis-please call John to discuss.
