I obtained three quoted for a tow bar for my BMW and after talking with NST I felt they knew what they were doing, and given their price was mid-way I made up my mind to go with them. On the day of my tow bar fitting one of your fitters phoned to say that he would need to make a small cut in my bumper because of the rear sensors, which I felt nervous about. This is just a quick note to highly recommend John and the team at North Shore towbars. I needed a towbar on my Holden, and had called around to find out how to make it work, and get it sorted. Initially I had been looking for the cheapest price and focused on dollars, and had gone to a company to install a bar on my car, and found that I was dealing with a bunch of clowns. With a nice car I didn’t want to leave the wiring and other details in their hands and end up having a blown trip computer or something. I had talked to John on the phone, and he had given me good confidence that he knew what he was doing, and would look out for me as well. I drove round and they went out of their way to make it work. They installed the bar in good time. It came in at a lower cost than I had expected and they had made it a simpler issue than anyone else was able to. I would recommend that you get your tow bar installed at North Shore towbars. They offer a great service, at a really fair price, and you can have confidence they know what they are doing.
